Stitched Saturday with Needle and Thread

Simply Stitched Card Tutorial
So many ideas and so little time!  The embroidery pattern die makes this beautiful subtle stitched pattern that you can do so many fun things with.  One of the easiest ways to step up this die is to use a Blender Pen and pick up color from your choice of ink.  You can either press ink onto a block to pick up, or press the lid into the pad while closed to transfer some of the ink.  Either way, coloring with a Blender Pen is fun and easy.  You can switch colors quickly too by just coloring your Blender Pen on a scrap paper until it colors clear again.

Product of the Week: Needlepoint Nook Designer Series Paper

This is one paper I couldn't wait to get my hands on!  The Needlepoint Nook DSP is vibrant with many different colors that coordinate with the paper.   It also features photo-realistic prints that look just like embroidery.  Each paper has an embroidered pattern on one side, and then stitched line work with a solid-color background on the reverse.  Perfect for spring and floral paper crafting, but the line work is excellent for more masculine needs too.
