WOW Wednesday with Part Of My Story

Swirls and Curls Notecard Tutorial

Sometimes simple is best, and the Beautifully Detailed Designer Series Paper (DSP) can certainly make your projects full of beauty with just a little glue....and I mean just a little.  I'm usually pretty good with glue, but for this card, my Multi Liquid Glue came out in gobs!  You wouldn't know it from looking at this card, but I certainly regret not using the proper adhesive.  Regardless, the outcome is stunning.  This paper pairs beautifully with the sentiment from the Part of My Story Stamp Set.  Add a few Artisan Pearls (I chose the Daffodil color) and this card is complete.

The Beautifully Detailed DSP comes with 4 sheets with notecard fronts and borders, and 4 sheets that are full 12" x 12".  This is one of the 12" x 12" sheets, cut from the corner to fit a notecard.  Be sure to read through our Tip of the Week for what adhesive to use with this amazing DSP!

Tip of the Week: Fine Tip Glue Pen

There are definitely times when you need to use a specific adhesive for your projects and the Fine Tip Glue Pen makes adhering small or delicate pieces a ton easier.  (Don't be like me!)  The cap of the glue comes with a pin that is inserted into the glue tip, which keeps the tip unclogged and ready to use at all times.  This adhesive is a lighter weight adhesive which is good for light papers, sequins, or delicate things such as the Laser-Cut DSPs.  It also has a shine to it when dry, which means it can be used over the top of projects to create a shine when dry, which is great for raindrops.
