Do you ever find you need a card just because?  That's why I love the Flowering Desert Stamp Set.  The images can be used for many every day occasions, and the sentiments are flexible too!  Today I expanded the color palette of the ink to include Coastal Cabana Ink Pad, and the Glitter Enamel Dots, which also have Coastal Cabana in them.  If you purchase the Flowering Desert Collection, Coastal Cabana is one of the cardstock colors, so adding the ink pad will give you more options.  Of course, you can always stamp the sentiment in the Berry Burst Ink if you want to stick with the Collection!

I love it when products are designed to work together so well that I don't have to think about finding products!  And that is EXACTLY what Stampin' Up! is doing when you see "You Can Make It" in their catalogs or online.  They have pulled together products that work together for you to make the projects they show.  I think about the only thing the "You Can Make It" sets don't include are adhesive and a paper trimmer, but otherwise, all you have to do is pick a "You Can Make It" collection and start stamping.  Of course, this stamp set is available on it's own as well, so you have two options, and that holds true for all the "You Can Make It" collections.

Flowering Desert Stamp Set

Measurements:

Base: Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock,
8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4"


Embellishment:  Glitter Enamel Dots, use Coastal Cabana color

Instructions:

1. Stamp "You're So Awesome" sentiment on Base in Coastal Cabana Ink about an inch from the bottom-right corner.

2.  Stamp branch with circles along bottom and slightly up on right side just to same level as sentiment, and on left side going up about half way in Granny Apple Green Ink.  Also stamp in top-right corner extending about to middle on each the top and right side

3.  Stamp small specks all over the branches and over the tops of the branches a bit in Daffodil Delight Ink.

4.  Add about 5 Glitter Enamel Dots just inside of the stamped branches.
