Time for some extra fun with extra layers.  Lovely Lipstick pairs well with Basic and Tuxedo Black for this card.  Layers are easy to create by using measurements that are just 1/4" smaller than the layer below.  They frame well and are easy to cut.  But of course, measurements are below to help you make your cards in a snap.

Meant To Be Cling Bundle

Measurements:

Base: Whisper White Thick Card Stock, 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Layer 1: Lovely Lipstick Card Stock, 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
Layer 2: Whisper White Card Stock, 4 1/2" x 3 1/4"
Embellishment: Basic Black 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon
Instructions:

1.  Stamp "Meant To Be" sentiment on the bottom-right corner using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.

2.  Stamp your choice of large heart to the left of the sentiment in Lovely Lipstick Ink.

3.  Adhere Layer 2 to Layer 1 using Snail.

4.  Wrap bottom-left and top-right corners with Basic Black Shimmer Ribbon, adhering to the back of Layer 1 using Mini Glue Dots.  Tie a knot of same ribbon around the top-right corner ribbon just adhered.

5.  Adhere Layers to Base using Snail.
