Wow Wednesday with First Frost

Warm Season Card Tutorial
The sentiment on this card may have warmth, but the cool colors in this card give a wintery vibe.  The Gray Granite print on Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper shimmers.  And the Frosted Epoxy Droplets look like frosted ice drops.  And if you are one who love dies, these die cuts certainly step up this card to WOW status.  If you do not have a Big Shot for cutting dies, no worries!  Stampin' Up! has great punches that give a similar look too!

Product of the Week

The Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper (DSP) is delightful, with tons of shimmer on every piece.   Rich shades of purple, blue and green pop with the white and lighter tones.   Bold floral patterns are on one side, and more subtle patterns adorn the back side, pairing perfectly with any papers you choose to use.  This DSP is on the Year-End Closeout and will be gone when it sells out or at the end of the year, so be sure to order yours asap!

Instructions:

Step 1.  Stamp "Here's to a Season" sentiment on Layer 4 in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  Adhere Layer 4 to Layer 3 using Snail.

Step 2.  Adhere Layer 1 to Base about a 1/2" from bottom of card.  Adhere Layer 2 on top of Layer 1.

Step 3.  On the Whisper White Small Flower Die, stamp the coordinating small flower stamp in Tranquil Tide Ink.  Set aside.

Step 4:  Place Dimensionals on the back of Layers 3 and 4.  Attach various dies to the top-left and bottom-right corners of Layers 3 and 4.  You can add Snail as needed.  I adhered 2 Vellum pieces and 1 Mint Macaron piece in the top-left.  Then placed one Vellum and on Mint Macaron in the bottom-right.

Step 5.  Adhere Layers 3 and 4 with Dies to right side of Layer 2 on Base.  Adhere Whisper White Small Floral Die to top-left corner of Layers 3 and 4.  Add Frosted Epoxy Droplets, about 5, around dies and Layers 3/4 to finish.
