Measurements:
Base: Soft Sea Foam Card Stock, 4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2"
Layer 1: Frosted Floral DSP, 5 1/2" x 4"
Layer 2: Soft Sea Foam Card Stock, 1" x 4 1/4"
Layer 3: Whisper White Card Stock, 3/4" x 3"
Embellishment: Tranquil Tide Velvet Ribbon
Layer 2: Soft Sea Foam Card Stock, 1" x 4 1/4"
Layer 3: Whisper White Card Stock, 3/4" x 3"
Embellishment: Tranquil Tide Velvet Ribbon
Directions:
Step 1: Using the Tranquil Tide Ink, stamp "Congratulations" on Layer 3. Banner cut right end.
Step 2: Adhere Layer 1 to Base.
Step 3: Adhere Layer 2 on top of Layer 1, about 1 1/2" from bottom.
Step 4: Adhere a folded length of Tranquil Tide Velvet Ribbon (about 7 1/2") on Layer 2 using Tear & Tape.
Step 5: Adhere Layer 3 on top of Tranquil Tide Ribbon using Tear & Tape
Step 4: Adhere a folded length of Tranquil Tide Velvet Ribbon (about 7 1/2") on Layer 2 using Tear & Tape.
Step 5: Adhere Layer 3 on top of Tranquil Tide Ribbon using Tear & Tape
