Swirly Note Card Tutorial

I still have snowflakes left from my design on Monday!  That makes 3 days of snowflakes from the same die.  The Blizzard Thinlits Die cuts out so many snowflakes at one time, it will cut down your Big Shot time for sure.  And the Swirls and Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder adds a beautiful, blustery background as well.  And what is hard to see is the Champagne Shimmer Paint, but it adds a light shimmer over the Swirls and Curls, the snowflake die cut, and also the Smokey Slate Layer that is under the embossed layer. Tons of sparkle and it's super easy to do.  Full tutorial below!

Beautiful Blizzard Bundle

Measurements:

Base: Whisper White Thick Card Stock, 6" x 3" folded at 3"

Layer 1:  Smokey Slate Card Stock,
2 5/8" x 2 5/8"

Layer 2:  Whisper White Card Stock,
2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
Layer 3: Smokey Slate Card Stock, die cut snowflake from Blizzard Thinlits Die
Embellishment: Rhinestone Basic Jewels

Instructions:

1.  Stamp "Thinking of You" sentiment on the inside of the Base using Basic Gray Ink.

2.  Using a Stampin' Sponge, apply Champagne Shimmer Paint to all 4 edges of Layer 1 and Layer

3. Emboss Layer 2 with the Swirls and Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Apply Champagne Shimmer Paint lightly over the embossing using Stampin' Sponge.

4.  Adhere Layer 2 to Layer 1, then adhere both to Base.  Adhere Layer 3 in bottom-left corner.  Embellish with Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
