Best Mini Card Tutorial

After few days off for my mom moving down and my uncles visiting, I'm getting back to more stampin' fun for you!  Today's tutorial uses the host stamp set Believe You Can.  It has 5 sentiments to use and loads of images you can layer for tons of options.  Three of the sentiments fit in the largest image too, which is also great for coloring.  It also has a "To: From:" tag, which is a great tool to have in your stamping stash.

Best Mini Card Tutorial

Believe You Can Stamp Set

Measurements:

Base: Whisper White Thick Cardstock,
3" x 6", score and fold at 3"

Embellishments: Rhinestone Basic Jewels

Instructions:

1.  Stamp "You Are the Best" sentiment onto Layer 3 using Basic Gray Ink.

2.  Stamp flower outline in upper left and lower right corners with Basic Gray Ink.  Also stamp small double leaf outline in same ink four times, twice for each flower on either side.

3.  Stamp coordinating solid flower image in each flower stamped on Base using Daffodil Delight Ink.

4.  Stamp coordinating solid double leaf image in each set of leaves on Base using Pear Pizzazz Ink.

5.  Adhere a Rhinestone in the middle of each flower.

Sunday Funday with Tropical Chic

Tropical Mini Card Tutorial

Big fun can be packed into tiny cards, and the square botanical die in the Tropical Dies creates tons of interest in a snap.  It is a perfect fit for a 3" x 3" note card, and also works well as a focal component on a standard 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card too.

Tropical Mini Card Tutorial

Tropical Chic Stamp Set

Measurements:

Base: Whisper White Thick Cardstock,
3" x 6", score and fold at 3"
Layer 1: Granny Apple Green Cardstock,
cut one square element from the Tropical Dies
Layer 2: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock, 3" x 3/4"
Layer 3: Whisper White Cardstock, 2 1/2" x 1", banner cut both ends

Embellishments: Leaf Ribbon

Instructions:

1.  Stamp "You Are the Greatest" sentiment onto Layer 3 using Call Me Clover Ink.

2.  Adhere Layer 1 to Base using Snail.

3.  Adhere Leaf Ribbon on left side of Layer 1 using Mini Glue Dots.

4.  Adhere Layer 2 toward the bottom of Layer1.  Then adhere Layer 3 centered on top of Layer 2.

Super Saturday with Tropical Chic

Tropical Greatness Card Tutorial

Time for some extra bling!  The Tropical Chic Stamp Set coordinates with the Tropical Dies, making for some extra, awesome design options.  Layer different die cuts with ribbon for a fun focal point.  You can also add tons of texture with the stripe stamp and the small leaf background stamp as well.

Tropical Greatness Card Tutorial

Tropical Chic Stamp Set

Measurements:

Base: Granny Apple Green Cardstock,
8 1/2" x 5 1/2", score and fold at 4 1/4"
Layer 1: Whisper White Cardstock,
4" x 4 1/2"
Layer 2: Call Me Clover Cardstock, Die cut one long leaf
Layer 3: Granny Apple Green Cardstock, Die cut one medium leaf with insert die
Layer 4: Whisper White Cardstock, Die cut one small flower outline

Inside Panel: Whisper White Cardstock,
4" x 5 1/4"

Embellishments: Granny Apple Green Texture Weave Ribbon

Instructions:

1.  Stamp small stripes background stamp on  Layer 1 using Petal Pink Ink.  Stamp one row of stripes on the bottom, and three rows of stripes on the top.

2. Stamp "You're the Greatest" sentiment on Layer 1 using Call Me Clover Ink in the space between the stripes toward the left side.

3.  Stamp small flower on Layer 4 using Petal Pink Ink.

4.  Stamp small leaves background image repeatedly over right side of Base using Call Me Clover Ink.

5.  Adhere Layer 1 to Base using Snail.

7.  Adhere Granny Apple Green Ribbon folded on the right side of the card using Mini Glue Dots.  Place Layers 2, 3, and 4 over Ribbon as desired and adhere using Mini Glue Dots.
